Site-specific Installation at the Old American Can Factory for the Architecture League of New York

Repurposed insulation foam and found plastic spheres, fishing line, 25 m long

This site-specific Installation delineates the outer parameter of the large industrial, interior space. I was interested in playing off of some of the existing architectural components: utilizing a water spout as its starting point. The strand follows the line where the floor meets the wall for 82 feet/25 meters and ends in an existing hole that leads to the space below that was also visible in the ceiling if you were in the space on the floor below.
